Ed Quintana
Mr. Quintana’s primary areas of concentration are planning and executing major transformational initiatives driven by changing business dynamics, such as revenue growth, global expansion, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including industrials, consumer products, and life sciences.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Quintana spent 13 years with EY, where he most recently served as Managing Director. During this time, he led teams through several divestitures, spin-offs, and integrations with a global footprint across IT, including applications, infrastructure, IT M&A playbooks, and IT Project Management Office. In addition, he led teams for international clients going through tax-free spin-offs. This included defining transaction drivers, Form 10 filing, legal entity restructuring, pre-Day 1 planning, Day 1 planning, and post-Day 1 spin-off activities. Mr. Quintana also led due diligence for both strategic and private equity buyers and sellers.
Mr. Quintana earned an MBA in International Business from Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island. He is a member of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting and is proficient in Spanish.
