Mr. Jeannotte brings over 10 years of tax experience. He specializes in inbound international tax consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and state and local taxes. He advises multinational groups on tax aspects of investment into the U.S. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jeannotte, was a director with WTS U.S. Prior to WTS, he served as general counsel and director of business development at a Spanish Multinational. 

Mr. Jeannotte earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law. He is fluent in Spanish and Catalan.
