Mr. Balasingham has a significant track record in M&A analytics, helping clients leverage analytics to effectively convey their equity proposition and maximise deal value. He has also worked in corporate finance and financial due diligence and has extensive experience assisting clients throughout the deal process.

Mr. Balasingham has worked with clients in various sectors, including retail, industrial manufacturing and healthcare.  

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Balasingham spent over a decade with PwC’s Deals practice, serving most recently as a Director. He led the Post Deal Analytics team, overseeing the successful delivery of numerous data-driven performance improvement projects for large-cap private equity owned companies.  

Mr. Balasingham earned a bachelor’s degree in economics (first class honours) from the University of Birmingham. He is a chartered accountant (ACA).
