Led the development of an organization’s internal M&A integration capabilities in support of its retail acquisition growth strategy, targeting lowering integration cost and risk, optimizing transaction benefits and driving continuous improvement across acquisitions.
Program Director for the transition of more than 800 retail locations from multiple transition service agreements (TSAs) to a new process, technology and support platform for a Fortune 100 downstream energy company.
Integration Advisor for the acquisition integration of marketing assets as part of a $2.4 billion transaction for a Fortune 100 downstream energy company. Responsibilities included integration strategy, planning and program and change leadership for Day 1 and 100 plans and objectives.
Program Director for a $50 million enterprise integration program chartered with the establishment of a common organizational, process and technology platform to support the integration of six separate downstream petroleum distribution and marketing acquisitions.
Led the IT integration of a $250 million retail acquisition. Responsibilities included developing integrated business and IT migration plans, cutover execution and operational stabilization.
Assisted multiple Fortune 100 companies across a range of industries improving processes to drive better project prioritization, selection and delivery for project portfolios ranging in annual budgets from $80 to $125million.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Harvey served as a Senior Manager with Hitachi Consulting. Prior to Hitachi Consulting, he was a Managing Consultant with IBM Business Consulting (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting).
