Chaz Henry is a Director and Chief Technology Officer with A&M DiligenceGPT in Charlotte, NC. DiligenceGPT is one of three developing GenAI-based offerings designed for pre-acquisition due diligence and data analysis. 

Mr. Henry leads the architecture and coding standards for an application that helps M&A analysts gather data, identify issues, and recommend remediations. His team is exploring the limits of large language models (LLMs) and their potential for accelerating private equity due diligence and performance Improvement.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Henry was a Technology Strategist at KPMG, where he performed analytics and AI due diligence while developing ChatGPT for diligence prototypes. Previously, he served as a Principal Solution Architect for SAS, building Machine Learning models and executing Hackathons. 

Prior to this, Mr. Henry founded three companies including PowerChalk, a cloud-based video analysis system used by professional and amateur sports teams to analyze and markup video. The company was acquired by iON Camera in 2015. Mr. Henry has built multiple enterprise systems and is highly experienced with statistical process control, CAD/CAM, OOP, CRM, CPQ, motion analysis, AI and GPT.

Mr. Henry earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Eastern Kentucky University. His computer science master's thesis at North Carolina State spawned his first startup, which was acquired by Clarify in Silicon Valley.
