Aptta Bhutto

With more than 17 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Bhutto has led programs on digital transformation, pharmaceutical & medical devices, telehealth, electronic health records, supply chain, healthcare quality, health equity, pandemic preparedness and response, organizational effectiveness, and data and analytics.
Ms. Bhutto has expertise in working with public and private sector clients and has led end-to-end transformations that ensure technology, processes, people and culture all work to support an organization’s mission and strategy. She has worked across various federal agencies including Veterans Affairs (VA), Military Health System (MHS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Bhutto held key roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte in their Government and Public Sector Practices. Her notable accomplishments include winning $100+ million vehicles to shape the modernization and transformation efforts for large federal health agencies.
Ms. Bhutto earned a master’s degree in health informatics from George Mason University and a clinical degree in radiologic imaging.
