Anna Turner

With more than 20 years of consulting and in-house experience, Ms. Turner has worked extensively with privately held companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies at various stages of the business cycle. She has advised clients on incentivizing and retaining employees through the design and implementation of commercially aligned incentive schemes.
Ms. Turner has advised on a range of buy- and sell-side transactions, conducted tax due diligence, and managed pre- and post-transaction structuring and planning for numerous complex cross-border deals. She has worked with clients across various industries, including technology, private equity, and international corporate sectors. Ms. Turner’s notable assignments include managing global employee share schemes and employment taxes for a privately owned technology company, where she was actively involved in the largest fundraising event for a UK-based AI company.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Turner spent over 15 years with Big Four firms in the UK, where she most recently served as a Senior Equity Reward Adviser. In this role, she supported businesses with designing and implementing incentive plans tailored to their commercial objectives, provided strategic tax advice, and managed cross-border structuring for multinational operations.
Ms. Turner earned a master’s degree in accounting and financial economics from the University of Essex. She is also a Chartered Tax Adviser.
