Andy Zagoren is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Energy in Houston. He specializes in operations and commercial performance improvement, corporate transformation and pre- and post-merger integration.
Mr. Zagoren has worked with clients across various oil and gas industry sectors, including upstream, midstream, downstream and oil field services. He has also worked with clients in the industry’s energy transition and renewable sectors.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zagoren worked in various roles with Anadarko Petroleum and Western Midstream in The Woodlands, Texas, including corporate development, commercial and business development and operations excellence positions. He began his career as a construction engineer with ExxonMobil.
Mr. Zagoren earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
