Andrew Hodgson

Mr. Hodgson leads data workstreams, specialising in operational analytics, process mining, automation, and AI/ML. He provides actionable insights, identifying cost reduction and growth opportunities, and enabling business process digitalisation. His previous notable engagements include delivering analytical models to drive cost out and optimize process, including working capital analysis, organisational health assessment, SKU/customer profitability modelling, cash forecasting, and process diagnostics.
Previously, Mr. Hodgson developed automated MI dashboards for C-suite, presenting financial, commercial and operational KPI’s to inform executive decision-making; scrum mastered and managed global teams for implementing trade processing solutions and back-office integration; supported CDO and CISO in prioritising data security, defining data strategy, and enabling data as a service; and used Celonis for process mining to identify process inefficiencies and remediation strategies for OTC and PTP.
Mr. Hodgson also built an automation engine for customer redress of financial mis-selling, using source data from dozens of systems with billions of records spanning a 30 year period, resulting in significant cost savings; assisted a financial solutions company with multiple acquisitions in tracking and realising synergies across various functional areas; and engaged in data integration and legacy decommissioning projects, building on-premise and cloud Data Warehouses, ingesting disparate datasets and developing bespoke dashboards.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hodgson worked with Alix Partners, HSBC, Church Commissioners of England (Investments), F&C Asset Management, HBOS, Insight Investments and Dresdner RCM.
Mr. Hodgson earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Leeds. He created and co-chairs A&M’s Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group (ERG) for EMEA, helping to support and provide accommodations to ND employees and educate the wider organisation on neurodiversity.
