Adam Jackson

Mr. Jackson brings 20 years of operations and maintenance (O&M) and environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance experience. He has conducted O&M due diligence for multiple private equity firms while managing third-party O&M contracts for power generation assets that include pulverized coal, combined cycle gas turbine, circulating fluidized bed, and simple cycle gas turbine facilities.
Mr. Jackson has also developed and conducted over a thousand compliance audits and implemented air permitting and continuous emissions monitoring strategies globally across multiple industries. He also has expertise in compliance enforcement mitigation with cases under attorney client privilege and has successfully negotiated abatement strategies with the EPA and OSHA.
Mr. Jackson also has significant experience analyzing risk in areas of O&M, EHS and ESG compliance. He uses his extensive industrial experience to develop sustainable processes for integration into existing business practices, reducing operational and compliance costs to facilitate growth.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jackson was a Principal Consultant at SLR International, where he was responsible for growing SLR’s Process Safety Management business unit. Previously, he co-founded an EHS and process safety management firm that was acquired within five years by Trinity Consultants. Prior to founding his firm, Mr. Jackson managed a power plant portfolio of nearly ten facilities for one of the largest third-party operators.
Mr. Jackson earned a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering technology from Thomas Edison State University and a master’s degree in project management from The George Washington University.
