Adam Crane is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Los Angeles.

With more than 16 years of accounting and advisory experience, Mr. Crane specializes in providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, including analysis of EBITDA and cash flow, revenue and retention analytics, post-transaction synergies, complex carve-out situations, evaluation of forecasts, working capital requirements, and purchase agreement support.
 
Mr. Crane advises private equity buyers, strategic buyers, and sellers in the software and technology industry.
 
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Crane spent five years with EY Assurance Services in Los Angeles. He worked with private and public clients to assess KPIs, analyze financial risk, evaluate internal controls for improvement, prepare financial statements, provide audit services, and assist clients in S-1 preparation.
 
Mr. Crane earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting (magna cum laude) and a master’s degree in accounting, both from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California.
