Ángel Estrada
With more than 20 years of consulting and strategy experience, Mr. Estrada has advised clients on high-stakes transactions and transformation programs across Latin America, Europe, and the US. He has supported management teams and investors in assessing market attractiveness, validating growth opportunities, improving commercial and operating performance, developing actionable turnaround plans, and executing initiatives to protect and create value. His engagements span multiple sectors, including consumer products, retail, healthcare, education, industrials, business services, technology, and financial services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Estrada spent eight years with EY-Parthenon in Latin America, where he most recently served as Partner and led the Private Equity, Consumer, and Education practices in the region. In this role, he advised leading private equity funds and corporate clients on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, turnaround planning and implementation, portfolio value creation, market entry, and transformation programs across Latin America.
Previously, Mr. Estrada spent six years with Kearney, where he focused on strategy and operational improvement projects for clients in financial institutions, energy, telecommunications, and other sectors. His work included growth strategy, cost optimization, operating model design, procurement, supply chain, and performance improvement initiatives.
Mr. Estrada earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering physics from Monterrey Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in organizational development from Regiomontana University, and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He completed a postgraduate program in AI and machine learning at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
