A&M is proud to support the Non-Executive Director (NED) Awards, recognising the achievements of NEDs who contribute daily to the success and growth of businesses and not-for-profit/public sector organisations across the UK.
NEDs play a crucial role in an organisation’s strategy, financial success and good corporate governance, and we congratulate those who have been nominated and awarded.
20th Annual NED Awards Categories 2026
Nominations were submitted not only from chief-executives and senior management but from many other sources and most categories were open to all to nominate. Any director in a Non-Executive role operating within the UK, including Non-Executive Chairman and Trustees are considered each year.
For the 2026 awards, there were eight award categories:
- FTSE 100 Chair
- FTSE 100 NED
- FTSE All Share
- FTSE AIM
- Private/Private Equity Backed
- Dame Helen Alexander ‘NED to Watch’
- Not-for-Profit/Public Service Organisation
- And the Lifetime Achievement Award - Sponsored by A&M
