With more than 15 years of M&A experience, Ms. Stegemoller has advised private and public companies across the transaction life cycle.

Ms. Stegemoller has worked on multiple acquisition and disposition transactions and has estimated tax attributes, such as stock basis, asset basis, and earnings and profits, for numerous domestic and foreign companies. She has worked with clients across various industries, including media and entertainment, footwear and apparel, grocery retail and wholesale, information technology, utilities, and private equity.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Stegemoller spent 13 years in the Transaction Tax Advisory practice at EY in Los Angeles. She most recently served as Tax Counsel and Director of M&A Tax for Ralliant Corporation.

Ms. Stegemoller earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a JD and LLM in taxation from the University of San Diego. She is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of California.
