Ms. Nguyen-Phuc provides pre- and post-deal services and drives complex transformation programs oriented toward creating value for corporations and private equity firms. She also brings in-depth industry knowledge in the media, software and technology, hospitality, and pharma sectors.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Nguyen-Phuc was a Partner at KPMG's Integration and Separation practice, where she created and led the Finance Advisory practice, assisting Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and finance teams in complex environments, including finance function transformation in hypergrowth and business performance optimization contexts. Ms. Nguyen-Phuc also held several corporate senior finance positions, notably as Group Controller, Head of EMEA Internal Audit, and CFO of French digital agencies. In those positions, she led significant major finance transformation projects, such as enterprise resource planning implementation and cost optimization programs. She also acted as interim CFO in transactional contexts.

Ms. Nguyen-Phuc earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Paris Dauphine University and a diploma in corporate law (DEA Droit des Affaires) from Sorbonne University. She is fluent in French, English, and Vietnamese.
