David Podolsky

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Podolsky has conducted over a dozen multiyear transformations in the industrial, transportation, and consumer goods sectors with Fortune 500 companies, conglomerates, and mid-cap companies.
Notably, Mr. Podolsky served as Chief Strategy Officer of International Airlines Group (IAG), the holding company of British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, and Vueling. From the London office, he co-led the Group’s COVID-19 era transformation, and IAG emerged from the pandemic with industry-leading margins. He was also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IAG Cargo, a €1 billion business unit, where he capitalized on the 2020–2022 cargo market by shifting passenger capacity to cargo to achieve a 60% increase in revenue.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Podolsky spent over 20 years of his career with various consulting firms, including McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and AlixPartners.
Mr. Podolsky earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard University.
