Chris Lausche

Mr. Lausche has supported multiple diligence, merger integration, and carve-out engagements. He acted as Integration Management Office (IMO) Lead for the integration of two waste-to-energy companies, supporting the Integration team’s efforts to define and execute against integration plans and meet leadership’s strategic initiatives for the combined businesses with revenue of $2.5+ billion. He also managed a global applications workstream, separating one IT department and related applications into five new individual IT organizations. This work included contract separation, legal entity separation, transition service agreement development and oversight, system implementation, data migration, and other general Project Management Office activities.
Mr. Lausche has led individual workstreams, integrating four light industry staffing firms with a combined revenue of $4+ billion to bring all colleagues, customers, and associates onto a common set of applications. He developed integration blueprints, charters, and an integration plan for the seven-month effort. Mr. Lausche also led the systems integration efforts of two asphalt and paving maintenance companies, integrating employees onto one set of common applications and deploying a new scheduling and field service platform.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lausche managed global front office systems for Lexmark, providing support for its Sales Operations, Marketing, and Professional Services teams and leading the acquisition and carve-out of a $1 billion software division onto and off of these systems. At WireCo Worldgroup, Mr. Lausche deployed a CRM and data warehouse to bridge 17+ globally disparate enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., QAD, JDE, Baan). As a Consultant for Accenture and Deloitte, Mr. Lausche worked across industries and technology platforms, supporting system implementations and related activities.
Mr. Lausche earned a bachelor’s degree in informatics with a business cognate from Indiana University Bloomington.
