The capital will enable the promoters to consolidate their shareholding in the business.

BSHPL owns and operates Asian Institute of Medical Sciences in Faridabad, Haryana, along with three additional multi-specialty hospitals located in Dhanbad, Moradabad, and Patna.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in the NCR, AIMS is a leading multi-specialty healthcare platform with an aggregate capacity of approximately 1,000 beds across its four hospitals.
