Louis Conde is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Atlanta. He specializes in global trade compliance, export controls, and sanctions within the National Security, Trade, and Technology practice. 

With over five years of consulting experience, Mr. Conde provides strategic guidance on supply chain management, customs and tariff compliance, regulatory governance, and geopolitical risk mitigation. Mr. Conde’s areas of concentration include helping multinational organizations navigate complex national security and trade challenges, and aligning business objectives with dynamic regulatory requirements while driving resilience, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Conde served as a Manager in KPMG’s Trade & Customs practice in Atlanta for over four years. In this role, he led global risk assessments, designed comprehensive compliance frameworks, and advised clients on geopolitical risks and trade vulnerabilities. His work included streamlining export control processes, enhancing customs valuation practices, and mitigating supply chain disruptions in response to evolving regulatory landscapes.

Mr. Conde earned a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and political science and a master’s degree in international policy from the University of Georgia. He is a Certified US Export Control Officer (CUSECO) and actively participates in professional organizations such as the International Compliance Professionals Association (ICPA) and the American Association of Exporters and Importers (AAEI). He also serves on the board of the Southern District Export Council and is a non-resident fellow at the University of Georgia.
