Brian Charbonnier

A business strategist, Mr. Charbonnier focuses on identifying and implementing innovative tax and transfer pricing solutions that align seamlessly with overall business objectives. He has extensive strategic direct, indirect and international tax planning expertise.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Charbonnier served as a Managing Director with Andersen’s Commercial Tax practice. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Tax at The Beachbody Company, where he oversaw global direct and indirect tax and transfer pricing processes, tax-efficient structuring, M&A, and IPO (SPAC) planning.
Prior to this, Mr. Charbonnier, held key positions at EY in New York City and Los Angeles and served as Director at Mattel, Inc., focusing on U.S. international tax planning and reporting, post-acquisition integration, global transfer pricing policies and tax-efficient value chain planning.
Mr. Charbonnier earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College in finance, a J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
