Anton Avajansky

Most recently at A&M, Mr. Avajansky led several projects for clients in Uzbekistan related to corporate transformations, operational improvements, and transferring the best international practices to local majors.
Previously, Mr. Avajansky served as the Head of A&M’s Disputes & Investigations practice in Moscow for four years. He led several engagements for clients across Russia and CIS related to financial investigations, asset tracing and recovery, and internal control reinforcements.
Before that, Mr. Avajansky spent five years working with A&M’s Restructuring group in Moscow. His notable assignments include servicing private equity fund investing into an energy supplier; conducting mid-term financial modelling, 13-week cashflow forecasting, and consolidation of management accounts for an acquired group of companies; managing business process optimization and internal control reinforcement of a large Russian retailer; and leading the cross-national A&M team serving as advisors to secured lenders for Roust, Inc.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Avajansky worked with multinational companies across various industries including consumer electronics, information technology, and cosmetics.
Mr. Avajansky earned a master's degree in finance from Financial University and a master's degree in law from State University Higher School of Economics in Moscow. A Russian national, he is fluent in Russian and English.
