Sean Kracklauer

Mr. Kracklauer’s expertise includes leading large-scale cross-SG&A projects to identify strategic, organizational, business process and digital performance improvement opportunities; finance strategy; operating model design and implementation of business process outsourcing and global business services; FP&A redesign; transformation management office; and selection and design for EPM and ERP applications. He has served clients ranging from $250 million to $100+ billion in revenues in the financial services, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, energy, pharmaceutical, materials and mining, automotive, retail and consumer packaged goods sectors.
Mr. Kracklauer’s notable engagements include serving as the overall project executive for an SG&A optimization project and as Finance Function Lead for a $2 billion global food company. He identified a 15% transactional process cost reduction opportunity and recommended 28 initiatives, including implementing a transformation management office, global process ownership, a master data governance capability, a new P2P channel payment strategy, a more robust IT operating model, and selection and contracting support for a new IT outsourcing partner.
Mr. Kracklauer also served as Project Lead and Executive Advisor for a global business services (GBS) strategy and operating model design for a $100 billion U.S.-based multinational conglomerate. The project scope included creating a multi-function GBS benefits case, recommending centers of excellence for process improvement and analytics, rolling out end-to-end process ownership and developing a service management capability. Over the three-year build out, the GBS organization grew from three to eight functions and added two additional global capability centers while SG&A costs went down by 31%.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kracklauer was the Western Regional Leader and Principal in the Strategy and Business Transformation practice at Hackett. Prior to that, he held senior management consulting positions with Parson Consulting and Accenture.
Mr. Kracklauer earned a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in finance from Arizona State University.
