Ashvinder Matharu

Mr. Matharu takes a value-led approach to help clients drive improved outcomes across growth, user experience, and profitability on the path to transformational change.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Matharu spent five years with Accenture with the Retail Growth Strategy practice. He led projects throughout the retail value chain, including new product development, digital growth, customer and store experience, omnichannel pricing and promotions, ecommerce productivity, and store operations. Mr. Matharu also has experience leading consumer due diligences leveraging primary research, financial modeling, and competitive benchmarking.
Previously, Mr. Matharu served as Global Strategy & Operations Manager at Mirakl, an e-commerce marketplace platform, where he drove performance management improvements across analytics and business intelligence, revenue forecasting and budgeting, and root cause analysis for key accounts.
Mr. Matharu earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
