Felix Schweigger is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement in Munich. With more than 12 years of experience, he specializes in operational performance improvement, operating and footprint strategy, SIOP processes, plant consolidations, due diligences and PMO roles.

Mr. Schweigger has been involved in various operational due diligences, interim assignments and implementation-focused performance improvement assessments in North America and Europe, where he has worked with clients across a range of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceutical, industrial manufacturing, services and brokerage, automotive, retail and media.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Schweigger worked for several management consultancies, where he supported the implementation of tax reporting and accounting tools at an international telecom provider. Before that, he worked for a large pharmaceutical company, developing a feasibility study and market analysis for a new product launch.

Mr. Schweigger earned a bachelor’s degree in general management and business law and a master’s degree in business and law from EBS University, Wiesbaden, as well as an LLM in corporate restructuring from Heidelberg University. A German national, he is fluent in German and English.
