The Houston-based firm aims to invest in mature oil-and-gas fields across the U.S. The strategy focuses on proven, developed, and producing (PDP) energy assets, aiming to capitalize on the current popularity of dividend-focused fund strategies in the face of uncertainties about the future value of fossil fuel assets.
