Jonathan Koskas is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Digital and Technology Services in Paris. He brings 15 years of experience in digital customer experience and top-line growth strategy. He has proven expertise in helping organizations rewire their marketing, sales and service functions to accelerate growth through digital, data and AI. Mr. Koskas has worked in various industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, hospitality and healthcare.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Koskas spent four years with Accenture Strategy in Paris, serving most recently as Senior Manager with the Customer, Sales and Service practice. He led the firm’s activities on customer experience strategy, advising major B2B accounts on how to shape and deliver best-in-class experiences for their clients/partners and achieve tangible business results. 

Previously, Mr. Koskas spent nearly five years with Colombus Consulting, where he co-founded the Digital Acceleration practice, focusing on omnichannel marketing, customer data monetization and AdTech/MarTech strategy. The practice grew exponentially delivering consulting and professional services to high-profile clients in France.

Mr. Koskas earned a master’s degree in business management from EDHEC Lille and attended MBA classes at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. A French national, he is fluent in French and English.
