Daniel Partsch

Mr. Partsch concentrates on quality transformation, operations and manufacturing turnaround; crisis/launch management including supplier performance improvement; technical problem solving and supply chain optimization (logistics and material planning). He also serves in interim management roles.
Mr. Partsch is a trusted industry advisor for executives, bringing a wide range of industry knowhow in conducting manufacturing feasibility studies (full-scale automotive OEM plants), strengthening overall supply chain resilience, transforming global quality management systems, and improving shopfloor performance like FPY/OEE/throughput and related effectiveness/efficiency programs within standard industrial products operations environments.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Partsch was Vice President with Oliver Wyman Engineers, a global operations specialist business unit of Oliver Wyman, a Marsh McLennan Company. Previously, he spent eight years as COO at Shainin Group, a global boutique consulting firm providing proprietary methodologies solving complex technical problems and supporting operations improvements. In these roles he worked deeply in the Americas and Asia Pacific region, with more than two years living in Singapore and China.
Mr. Partsch started his career with thhe BMW Group as an in-house supply chain consultant.
Mr. Partsch earned a BBA (finance and supply chain management major) from the University of San Diego and a master’s degree in logistics and supply chain management from Cranfield University. He is fluent in German and English.
