Daniel Partsch
Mr. Partsch is a trusted advisor and interim executive with more than 20 years of international consulting and industry experience, specializing in performance improvement, operational transformation, and value creation. His expertise spans resilient supply chain management, advanced manufacturing, and collaborative procurement, with a strong track record in turnarounds, crisis and ramp-up management, and original equipment manufacturer–supplier performance improvement. Mr. Partsch also advises clients on indirect cost optimization through global sourcing, engineering standardization, and target operating model design, delivering sustainable cost reductions and improved operational performance.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Partsch served as a Vice President at Oliver Wyman Engineers, a global specialist business unit of Oliver Wyman, advising leading industrial companies on operational excellence and transformation. Previously, he spent eight years with Shainin Group, a global specialist consulting firm providing proprietary methodologies around solving complex technical problems, where he held several leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Partsch began his career with the BMW Group in supply chain management and logistics functions, building a strong operational foundation that continues to inform his pragmatic, execution-focused approach. Throughout his career, he has led international engagements—including expatriate stays—across the Americas and Asia–Pacific regions.
Mr. Partsch earned a bachelor’s of business administration in finance and supply chain management from the University of San Diego and a master’s in logistics and supply chain management from Cranfield University, UK. He is fluent in German and English.
