Jameel Khan is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Digital & Technology Services in Dubai.

With more than 20 years of experience in strategy and transformation roles, Mr. Khan operates at the intersection of business and technology. His expertise spans planning, product management, target operating model design, customer experience design, innovation frameworks and the application of emerging technologies in new business models.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Khan was a Senior Executive Advisor in PwC’s Financial Services Consulting practice, where he helped banking senior executives with a range of challenges, including launching a digital bank, SME business activation and customer segment product and service design.

Previously, Mr. Khan ran Digital and Innovation at Mashreq Bank, helping to establish its Retail Banking Digital Studio. He also scaled the Corporate Banking Digital studio to a team of 120 people. The corporate banking studio won the Gartner EMEA Financial Services Innovation Award in 2021 and was included in the top 20 bank-run digital studios in the world by Banker Magazine in 2022. Before his time at Mashreq Bank, Mr. Khan served with Accenture in the U.K. and Middle East.

Mr. Khan earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and management from Imperial College London and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of London. His executive education was at INSEAD.
