With more than 17 years of experience, Mr. Avramovic advises investors and banks around Europe in connection with M&A transactions, investments, strategy definition and risk management.

Mr. Avramovic is focused on financial institutions balance sheet optimisation and improvement; transformation projects for banks aiming to increase efficiency and improve bank’s financial position through complex cross-boarder mergers; and acquisitions, portfolio assessment and optimisation and banking restructuring. 

Mr. Avramovic earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of Belgrade, a post-graduate specialisation in finance and risk management from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and an executive education from Harvard Business School.
