Tingfeng Ye is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Performance Improvement in Singapore. He specializes in large-scale manufacturing and service operational transformations.

Mr. Ye’s primary areas of concentration are throughput and productivity improvement, digitalization and Industry 4.0 transformation, procurement and supply chain optimization.

With more than 12 years of management consulting and operations experience, Mr. Ye has helped companies improve operations efficiency and bottom-line and has set up and run production facilities. He has worked with clients in various industries, including consumer goods, automotive, aerospace, advanced electronics, semiconductors, shipbuilding, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Ye’s notable assignments include managing a multi-year cost-down program for a semiconductor company across multiple disciplines to achieve annual savings of $100+ million. He was also responsible for helping a consumer goods conglomerate construct, commission and commercialize a manufacturing plant in Asia ahead of schedule.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ye spent six years with McKinsey & Company, serving most recently as Associate Partner in the Operations Practice. He was also the Co-leader of McKinsey Singapore Digital Capability Centre.

Mr. Ye earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from National University of Singapore, a bachelor’s degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and an MBA from INSEAD.
