Mr. Reinikka brings more than 20 years of experience working in operational restructuring, leveraged finance, credit, and corporate finance. His primary area of concentration is leading complex and distressed situations for clients in industrial services and financial institutions. He has worked with clients in various industries, including banking, industrial manufacturing and fabrication, shipping, retail, construction, technology and telecom, entertainment, energy, and real estate.

Mr. Reinikka specializes in helping shareholders, creditors, management teams, and new investors in financially challenging situations preserve value and maximize recoveries or returns. Having held board memberships in publicly listed companies and private equity–owned and family-owned companies, he has the solution-driven and commercial approach to develop and negotiate creative solutions in complex multi-stakeholder transactions.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Reinikka spent more than 20 years with Nordea Bank’s restructuring and leveraged finance operations, serving most recently as Head of Special Customers in Finland.

Mr. Reinikka earned an MBA (accounting and finance concentration) from the University of Vaasa. He is fluent in Finnish and English, as well as proficient in Swedish and German.
