Kaushik Sriram
With over 17 years of experience in the Asia–Pacific region, Mr. Sriram has advised global and regional private equity and infrastructure funds on investments across the data center life cycle, spanning greenfield development, hyperscale and colocation platforms, platform expansion, and exit readiness. He has led over 25 engagements in the data center sector across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea.
Mr. Sriram’s notable assignments include: commercial and carve-out diligence for large hyperscale and colocation data center platforms across the region; integrated diligence for greenfield data center developments; and customer pipeline and growth modeling assessments focused on hyperscaler demand. Further, he has led market entry and expansion strategies for global data center platforms and solution providers, including in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP); and liquid cooling systems, as well as regional market and IPO readiness assessments for leading data center operators.
Mr. Sriram has worked widely across digital and logistics infrastructure, including data center interconnect fiber networks, subsea connectivity, graphics processing unit-as-a-service platforms, and cold chain and warehousing assets. His experience spans multiple investment themes and geographies, enabling him to navigate complex market dynamics, regulatory environments, and evolving customer needs.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sriram led Kearney’s Southeast Asia Private Equity practice, advising financial sponsors on commercial diligence and portfolio value creation initiatives. Before that, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Royal Bank of Scotland, supporting M&A and capital markets transactions across sectors.
Mr. Sriram earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
