With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Bilyea has worked in both B2B and B2C environments. He specializes in unlocking value by optimizing business performance through improved sales and marketing functions. Mr. Bilyea’s customer segmentation and channel optimization engagements include completely revamping the global segmentation and channel model for a large computer hardware manufacturer to drive sales growth while reducing cost of sale.
In sales force and market coverage strategy engagements, Mr. Bilyea led a $2 billion merger of two digital media companies in Silicon Valley that created the largest content distribution company in the industry. Mr. Bilyea’s sales strategy and process engagements include advising a private equity owned B2B insurance technology provider to improve revenue per salesperson to meet quota targets. He redesigned sales strategy and process to increase selling time by +35 percent and drive a material revenue increase.
In sales technology and operations, Mr. Bilyea re-designed the CRM, sales ops, and pipeline management process for a marketing services technology company focused on the utility sector.
Prior to rejoining A&M, Mr. Bilyea was the Chief Operating Officer for a SaaS-based marketing technology company focused on hyper personalization, data and video.
Mr. Bilyea earned an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from Duke University.
