Sanil Suresh

With more than ten years of transactions tax advisory experience, Mr. Suresh has provided advisory services on both buy- and sell side transactions, tax structuring, general tax issues and cross-border tax review.
Mr. Suresh has worked with clients in various industries, including financial services, infrastructure, technology and leisure, with a focus on supporting private equity and corporate client mandates. He also has experience managing compliance portfolios and financial services tax audits for U.K. and multinational groups.
Recently at A&M, Mr. Suresh provided due diligence and structuring services for infrastructure and investment funds, including First State Investments, KKR, Blackrock, TA Associates, EQT, Francisco Partners and Inspired Education with deal valuations from £50 million to £1.5 billion.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Suresh spent two years with EY in London, serving most recently as Transactions Tax Manager. He worked on the tax due diligence of Phoenix’s c.£3 billion acquisition of Standard Life Aberdeen’s Insurance business and Apollo’s c.£2 billion acquisition of Aspen Insurance and supported mid-market private equity acquisitions.
Mr. Suresh earned a bachelor’s degree in management studies from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales (ICAEW).
