Mr. Saundercook brings 30 years of experience in organizational turnarounds and performance improvement, M&A, strategic program management, customer service, operations, product innovation and order-to-cash/revenue cycle.

Mr. Saundercook’s notable recent engagements include leading the transformation office of a nationwide corporate- and home-health services provider, including launching a COVID vaccine provider program to corporate clients and municipalities; and serving as interim CEO of a newly acquired med device manufacturing business unit, for which he tripled production capacity of their flagship product while growing EBITDA and enabling operational integration.

At Acelity, Mr. Saundercook also led a program war room within a U.K.-based product development unit to accelerate product launches and ensure effective coordination with commercial and operations teams. He was responsible for a turnaround of a finance and order-to-cash shared services center in Budapest and for a global effort to reduce indirect spending by $55 million annually.
