Mr. Ganzer has worked on more than 150 transactions across jurisdictions including Italy, the U.K., the U.S., Africa and Asia Pacific. He has worked with clients in various industries, including industrial, manufacturing, consumer goods, business services, life sciences and real estate.

Mr. Ganzer's notable engagements include transactions for local and international players such as Blackstone (including Industrie DeNora, Palmanova, PokerStars, Intertrust, ATC, Bord Gais Energy as well as several other projects), Platinum Equity (Farnese Vini, De Wave Group, Project Prometheus, Imprimo), NB Renaissance (including Rino Mastrotto, Nuova Osba, SC Hydraulic, Carroll), KKR/Pillarstone (including Premuda, Afri-Flora, Project Mobile, Coffee).

Mr. Ganzer also extensively assisted Alpha Private Equity on several deals, including Permasteelisa, Savio MT, Caffitaly, Remazel, Calligaris, Laminam, Luceplan, AMF, Fatboy. He has served other private equity investors such as Gilde, Bregal, HG Capital, Onex, Lonestar, TA Associates, Fondo FSI, SK Capital, BC Partners, Investindustrial, Azimut as well as large strategic buyers including A2A, Baxi and Unilever. Mr. Ganzer's other deals include TAS Group, Safety21, Evoca Group, Arcaplanet, Adler Peltzer, Ansaldo Energia, AnsaldoBreda and Ansaldo STS, Rekeep, Eidos Media, Dada, Shire Pharmaceuticals and SNAI.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ganzer spent 15 years with the Transaction Services department at Deloitte in Milan, serving most recently as Partner. While there, he was seconded to the Deloitte London Corporate Finance office for approximately three years. Prior to focusing on financial due diligence, Mr. Ganzer provided recurring financial statement independent audit services to private and public audit clients.

Mr. Ganzer earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. An Italian national, he is fluent in English.
