Mr. George advises technology companies, including media businesses, on digital platforms and tech-enabled business services. He brings significant experience in assessing business performance using a data analytics driven approach. He has worked on more than 150 transactions throughout Europe, the U.S. and in emerging markets within India and the Middle East.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. George served at PwC UK, where he led buy-side and sell side projects in the technology, media and industrial products/services space. He also managed one of the alternate delivery models as part of the transformation plan in delivering diligence services.

Mr. George earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (concentration in financial accounting and auditing) from Mumbai University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India and Cost Management Accountant (India).
