As COVID-19 abates around the world, governments are cautiously reopening sectors of economies while rigorously monitoring public health and safety. It’s likely that economies will reopen by geography and industry in a rolling fashion based on state and local guidance. Companies will need a plan for responding to policy changes and new environments as they resume operations.
Business in the post-pandemic world will likely be very different than it was just a few months ago. Ramping back up can be as challenging as managing an abrupt downturn.
