About A&M

Community Engagement

At A&M, we value engaging with our local communities around the globe and are proud of our professionals’ efforts to give back.

True to our entrepreneurial spirit, we understand that Community Engagement concerns are fluid and changing. That’s why we have created voluntary, internal giving programs to help support employees and other people impacted by certain natural disasters. And that’s why we empower our professionals to donate their time and talents to causes near and dear to their hearts. We know that the added value of global community engagement reates opportunities in a myriad of ways and brings people together.

As an example, A&M’s Giving Back program was formed to develop and support the charitable interests of our communities by providing employees with volunteer opportunities and channeling our contributions to local, US and global charity organizations. More than a quarter of the firm’s employees participate in the program, which continues to expand. The Giving Back program is one way we show our appreciation as a firm to the communities that contribute to our livelihood and help us to grow.
