Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ponting was with FTI where he developed their London M&A/Private Equity tax offering. Before that he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Ponting was also with NatWest Bank and Deloitte.
Mr. Ponting is a chartered accountant and member of the ICAEW, and has a bachelor's degree in natural sciences (primarily Maths and Physics) from the University of Cambridge.
