Patrick Siebert

Mr. Siebert has led and advised some of A&M’s largest turnarounds and performance improvement engagements in Germany and Europe and has worked with clients across the industrials, automotive, technology, retail and distribution, media, energy, utilities, transportation and healthcare industries.
Mr. Siebert’s engagements include the operational restructuring of a global leader in technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets; turnaround and capital market readiness of a steel business; turnaround and sale of a Tier 1 automotive supplier; performance improvement of a train operator; operating model design and performance improvement of retail and consumer good companies; carve-out and 100-day plan of a European toy retailer; cost and headcount reduction of multiple industrial goods companies; post-merger integration of two media businesses; and board advice on shareholder activism.
Additionally, Mr. Siebert served as interim Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) of a subsidiary of Europe’s largest publishing company and as an interim Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of an industrial goods company, successfully negotiating social plans and balance of interests with work councils and unions. During the 2008 economic crisis, he was a financial advisor for a Tier 1 automotive parts company with €9 billion in revenue and assisted in its in-court restructuring process.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Siebert was a Partner with KPMG Restructuring. He spent his early career at Droege & Comp.
Mr. Siebert earned a master's degree in business administration (finance and accounting concentration) from Technische Universität Berlin (Diplom Kaufmann). He is a Financial Economist (ebs) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). A German national, Mr. Siebert is fluent in German and English.
