Jayde Thompson is a trusted advisor for foreign investors and Australian corporates, navigating the complex tax modeling, structuring, and compliance issues arising from the OECD BEPS Action Plan (BEPS 1.0) as well as the most recent Pillar Two initiative to implement a global minimum tax (BEPS 2.0).

Paul Gallagher, based in Sydney, specializes in supporting businesses expanding between the U.K. and Australia. He has successfully managed large-scale global outsource tax and finance functions across 130 countries, particularly in the technology, media, and telecom sectors.

Shahzeb Panhwar, who will lead the Transfer Pricing team from Melbourne, advises clients on complex issues such as inbound/outbound debt flows, business restructuring, and the management of intangibles.
