Dubai – Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) further expands its Middle East senior advisory team with the appointment of Raymond Berry as Director for its regional healthcare practice. In this role, Mr. Berry will provide advisory services with a focus on developing and enabling large scale healthcare transformation projects, business model innovation, and growth strategies to clients across the region. 

Mr. Berry brings over 10 years of experience in business development, financial strategy and clinical operations, across the healthcare sector. Mr. Berry will counsel both healthcare investors and companies on market development strategies, partnership agreements, contract negotiations, revenue management and driving growth and profitability.

Prior to A&M, Mr. Berry led growth strategies for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for six years, becoming the Strategic Development Director for the world-class healthcare institution. He was also employed with Accretive Health in Chicago. He brings international best practices to the region. Mr. Berry earned a master’s degree in business administration from London Business School and has completed his bachelor’s degree in health services administration from Florida Atlantic University.
