Printable versionSend by emailPDF version

We partner with management and the company’s finance organization to address challenges they face in today’s evolving accounting and reporting environment. Our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team has the knowledge and experience to address complex accounting and financial reporting issues that arise throughout the investment lifecycle — during due diligence, the hold period and at exit — and in connection with capital markets transactions.

Free of audit-based conflicts, our team can help management address complex accounting and reporting issues, document management’s position related to those issues, and help management understand and implement new accounting standards. A&M provides a hands-on approach, working closely with management to:

  • Prepare for initial public offerings and debt offerings
  • Address accounting and reporting issues related to carve-out financial statements
  • Address issues raised during the audit process
  • Assess and implement new accounting guidance, including changes to processes and systems
  • Respond to SEC comment letters
  • Assess and document the accounting and reporting for unique transactions
  • Develop company-wide financial and accounting policies
