Mr. Suet specialises in IPO services such as IPO readiness and preparation of Euronext and Nasdaq IPOs and transaction accounting related to complex transactions such as M&A, carve-out, SPV structuring, and GAAP conversion projects. His industry expertise includes technology, media and telecom (TMT); pharmaceutical; biotechnology; utilities and retail. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Suet spent 20 years with a Big Four firm, where he assisted French corporate and private equity clients in complex transactions. He started his career as a Financial Auditor.

Mr. Suet earned a master’s degree in audit and financial advisory from Paris IX Dauphine. He is Certified Public Accountant (CPA). A French native, Mr. Suet is fluent in French and English.
