On February 3, 2017 the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court") granted an order appointing Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. as receiver (the “Receiver” or “A&M”), without security, of all of the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of Shoeme Technologies Limited, including all proceeds thereof.

On February 15, 2017 the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an order appointing A&M as receiver, without security, of all of the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of Shoes.com Technologies Inc. (“Shoes.com Technologies”), including all proceeds thereof.

On March 31, 2017, the Court granted an order approving the sale of certain domain names and related intellectual property of Shoes.com Technologies to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (“Walmart”). The transaction between the Receiver and Walmart closed immediately thereafter.
