Mr. Jaski brings over 30 years of experience in mining, valuations, and resource economics, further enhancing A&M’s global disputes and investigations capabilities.
SYDNEY, 22 September 2025 – Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has announced the appointment of Campbell Jaski as a Managing Director within its Disputes and Investigations practice. With extensive expertise in mining, valuations, and resource economics, Mr. Jaski’s addition underscores A&M’s commitment to providing world-class advisory services to clients navigating complex disputes and valuation challenges.
Mr. Jaski specialises in expert witness services, focusing on the quantification of loss and damage and the valuation of mineral assets, shares, financial instruments, and major projects. His experience spans over 400 litigation and arbitration matters across jurisdictions, including the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Courts in multiple states, and international arbitration forums such as ACICA, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SCMA, and SIAC.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jaski served as a partner at PwC in Melbourne and as a consultant to law firms and mining companies. His career includes 12 years with Rio Tinto Limited, where he gained hands-on experience in exploration, project feasibility studies, mining operations, and product sales and marketing across Australia, Indonesia, the Americas, and Southern Africa.

Mr. Jaski holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors in Geology) from La Trobe University, an MBA from Melbourne Business School and New York University Stern School of Business, and a Diploma of International Commercial Arbitration from the University of New South Wales. He is a Chartered Professional in Geology and Management with the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
