Zhanna Golodryga
With over three decades of C-suite and senior leadership experience, Ms. Golodryga has driven enterprise-wide transformation through decisive, visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and effective policy implementation. She is recognized for operational excellence, fostering innovation, and enhancing organizational growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. An expert in aligning digital initiatives with enterprise goals, she excels at optimizing organizational capabilities and guiding cross-functional teams through periods of significant change.
Ms. Golodryga is known for seamlessly collaborating across internal organizations and with third-party partners. She builds and leads high-performing teams to design, implement, and streamline complex business, digital, and supply chain transformations across the enterprise. She has championed virtual team collaboration by strengthening relationships and communication and has spearheaded program management initiatives under tight deadlines using advanced technology solutions, cybersecurity practices, and business process improvement tools.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Golodryga spent eight years at Phillips 66, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Emerging Energy and Sustainability, where she developed and executed a comprehensive decarbonization strategy that reduced the company’s carbon footprint and advanced the integration of renewable energy into its portfolio. Before that, she served as Chief Digital and Administrative Officer. Ms. Golodryga previously held similar senior roles at Hess Corporation and BHP Petroleum.
Ms. Golodryga earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute (now the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture). She has been recognized among the National Diversity Council’s (NDC’s) “Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas” and is a member of the Global Energy Board and World 50. She also serves on the board of directors of Regions Bank, where she chairs the Technology Committee, and is a board member of AGCO Corporation and the Memorial Hermann Foundation.
