Mr. Green’s experience includes analyzing quality of earnings and net working capital and identifying additional purchase price considerations. He also brings expertise in carve-out transactions, projection models, purchase agreement negotiations, business performance and trend analysis, as well as post-transaction net working capital settlements. 

Additionally, Mr. Green has been involved in transactions ranging from privately held, family-owned businesses in the lower-middle market to private equity and publicly owned companies that have executed multiple add-on acquisitions in the upper-middle market.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Green worked with the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice of Deloitte & Touche in Pittsburgh and New York. He assisted businesses across a range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, real estate and healthcare. His primary clients included BlackRock Realty Advisors and PPG Industries.

Mr. Green earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and Colorado.
