She has worked with clients across various industries, with a focus on financial services and business services
Ms. Gaspar’s notable assignments include managing the asset sale and wind down process of a U.K. Financial Institution, winding down the Lehman Brothers Holdings International’s U.K. based assets and operations, designing and implementing the operating model for the Sociedad de Gestion de Activos Procedentes de la Reestructuracion Bancaria (SAREB) set up by the Spanish government and managing a team that valued €15 billion of loan assets for Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).
Most recently at A&M, Ms. Gaspar has been responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and developing value creation plan for target companies on behalf of various private equity investors
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gaspar spent two years as a Corporate Finance Analyst with J.P. Morgan Investment Banking in New York and Singapore. During her tenure, she was responsible for the financial analysis and evaluation of businesses being prepared for disposal, including the preparation of asset valuation models for various capital raising and sale transactions across South East Asia.
Ms. Gaspar earned a bachelor’s degree (with honours) in development studies from Brown University. A Spanish and Filipino national, she is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese
